CONFLICT WORKSHOP

Conflicts are not all bad. In fact, many of them can be very useful in pointing out what needs to be worked on. It's how you deal with them that matters. Solving conflicts early on, when they are still manageable and clear-cut, is essential to the success of any team. 

Perhaps you haven't had any conflicts yet because everyone is so excited about working for this awesome vision. But what happens when you do? How will you deal with it? 

Creating a company culture that is open to constructive conflict and discourages personal disputes is something that requires practice and time. Startup teams should think about these things before the problem is at hand. This workshop is aimed toward understanding interpersonal conflicts and helping you set up mechanisms for conflict resolution.
